Job Requirements :
- Minimum 1 year experience in a call center/helpdesk environment
- Computer skills in microsoft operating systems and microsoft office suite.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in english and arabic.
- Experience within the travel industry and GDS Systems ( Amadeus – Sabre – Galilleo )
- Priority goes to Alexandria Residents
